Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Lynq time-tracking service (the "Service"), operated by Lynq Agency ("Lynq", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Lynq provides web-based time tracking, activity logging, invoicing and payroll reporting for teams. Access is provided on a subscription basis, billed per active workspace member.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with the security of the Service (including malware, probing or scraping).
3. Account & credentials
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Intellectual property
Lynq retains all rights to the Service, including its software, documentation and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. No reverse-engineering or resale.
5. Service level
We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. All implied warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Payment, subscriptions & taxes
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider Stripe. Subscription fees, renewals, taxes and refunds are handled by Stripe in accordance with their Consumer Terms and Services Agreement. You can manage payment methods, invoices and cancellations through the Lynq billing page or Stripe Customer Portal.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security/fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination your workspace becomes read-only for 30 days for data export, after which it may be deleted.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), except where excluded by law (fraud, death, personal injury).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
